I have been caring for pets, especially cats, since I was very young. I consider myself especially skilled in training, although I have not had any formal education. I bring a necessary balance of love and firmness, to make sure your pets are cared for and safe, but also well-behaved.

She has a wealth of experience raising and training animals, and is overall an exceptionally responsible individual. Sophia has been taking care of her own pets since she was a little girl. She is comfortable around both cats and dogs, as well as other types of pets. She is a great pet sitter!

When I visit to take care of your pets, I will be sure to give them time to become accustomed to my presence, and not make them feel stressed or overwhelmed. Gradually, I hope to earn their trust. My goal is to provide enough care that they feel safe, but not to be overbearing. Depending on the pet, of course, I will provide specific services as requested. I will also gauge the level of comfort of the pet as I spend time with them, and adjust my care accordingly.

I would like to know the usual activity level of the dog, things that may scare or make the dog uncomfortable, their favorite places to play and go on walks, and how they act when they’re happy and feel safe.
A typical day
I consider myself an active person and enjoy being outside, especially if it’s with dogs. I’ll play with them with their favorite toys and run around until we both drop!

Availability
I am available most afternoons and evenings, but can also be available for early morning visits. I am available weekends, but not for overnight visits, as I have my own cat to take care of at home.
