From as early as I can remember, I’ve felt a special connection to animals. I grew up with dogs and cats, fish, and small furries. Since elementary school, I’ve taken care of countless pets of friends, family, and neighbors, in addition to my own furry companions. I currently am a mom to three rescued dogs and have much experience with timid, anxious dogs. I work in the field of pet nutrition and have a passion for clean, sustainable, biologically appropriate, holistic nutrition. I see animal companions as so much more than pets, but individuals. And truly just as much family as any human. I’m on Rover to supplement my income and raise funds towards realizing my dream of operating an animal sanctuary. I want to provide love and shelter for animal friends of all sorts, from dogs, to turkeys, to cows.
