I have always had animals in my life, ever since I was in diapers, I am no stranger to the animal world. Ranging from dogs to cats and even the unusual pets of sort such as reptiles and insects, I welcome all creatures furry, scaly and slimy- anything that isn't a human. I currently work as an overnight caretaker at a doggie daycare and boarding facility and have been with the company since August 2022 but unfortunately business has been slow so I am offering my services onto Rover. I am grateful for my current job because it has given me more knowledge about dogs, such as personalities, behaviors, and even new experience with breeds. I used to volunteer at a shelter for three years when I was in high school, and I also used to help at the Whitwood Petsmart with their in-store cat rescue. My experience, love, and care with animals goes above and beyond from owning many dogs in my life, fostering guinea pigs and kittens, saving spiders from the deadly shoe, to taking care of baby birds that have fallen from the nest- I've never turned any creature away and I crave more knowledge about animals, even for ones I haven't owned yet. I have taken care friends and family's pets while they are away on vacation and people who know me always contact me the second they come across an animal in their daily life. My friends tell me that Steve Irwin would be proud of the animal lover I am and I think so too.
