This was my first time using Rover and my experience with Sonya was stressful. I wanted to meet before boarding my dog to know who was keeping my dog. Since our schedules didn't match I thought we could talk on the phone Sonya said she would call on her break at work that didn't happen. The day of boarding which was to be 8-9, Sonya told me she meant to call the day before and that she wouldn't be home until 1. I had a morning flight with no backup plan, so to have my dog boarded I had to meet her 22 minutes away 40+ minutes in commute traffic round trip. One of the reasons I chose her was because she lives 5 minutes away. The drop off did take place but I started my trip completely stressed out because I thought I might miss my flight. When I picked up my dog she said she just gave him a bath however he was still wet and I have cloth seats. I am glad that I was able to go on the trip, and that my dog was okay seem to have a nice big yard to roam around in if he went out. But NEVER would I use Sonya again.
