Hello! My name is Sonsurrae, but i go by Shay. I have had dogs around me since the day I was born. In high school I had over 500 hours of volunteer time at the Chuck Silcox Animal Shelter until I graduated and got a job there. It was pretty hard, but my love for animals kept me pushing. I currently work at doggy daycare, which is a lot more fun and enjoyable. I love all kinds of dogs from puppies to mastiffs and other larger breeds. I prefer animals to people which is why I have always had a job in which I can interact with animals more. You can rest assured that your dog will be safe and happy with me as your sitter.

Sonsurrae is an extremely passionate animal lover, that is always willing to go above and beyond for those she cares for. She makes sure to take all of her dog's needs into consideration and cares for them as if they were her own. Many of her other customers and I, all trust her to keep our dogs at days at a time when necessary; knowing they will be receiving the best care possible from her and her family. She is truly the best choice you could make for mans' best friend.
Sonsurrae is my oldest daughter. Since she was born I have had animals around. She was always gentle and loving. She would always volunteer at the dog shelter I worked at and she was so good that they hired her as soon as she turned 18. She is now a senior in college and she still works with animals at a pet-wash. I also have her watch my dogs when I'm gone. We used to take the pups to the kennel when we would leave town. We would come back to complete chaos! The dogs were never the same for the first 24-48 hours home. They wouldn’t eat and they would have diarrhea. I don't have any of those problems leaving them with Sonsurrae. Yes, I am biased, but I would NOT recommend just anyone, family or not. I know how important pets are to their families. I assure you she can be trusted not only with your pets, but your home and belongings as well.
