Pet care experience
All my life I have taken care of cats and dogs of all sizes and personalities. I grew up in a household that had at least one dog and cat at all times that I was responsible for caring for. Over the years, my neighbors, family, and employers have relied on and trusted me to care for their pets. This includes check-ins, walks, feeding, grooming, and cleaning up after them. Additionally, for three years I was also a volunteer at an animal shelter where I comforted and prepared animals for adoption.

When caring for pets in a client's home, I make sure to check their water, food, pee-pads, litterbox, and other components in case they need to be refilled/changed. I provide the pets with my undivided attention and engage them in activities they enjoy such as playing or being groomed. Additionally, I clean up after myself and the pet, including putting toys away before I leave. When taking a dog outside, I always keep them close on a leash and am aware of my surroundings (people, vehicles, other dogs, etc). If you have preferences regarding where to walk your dog, please let me know.

A typical day
When engaging with your pet, I like to follow their lead; I want to make sure they are not only comfortable but also enjoy the time I spend with them. Whether this means running around, playing fetch, chasing a laser pointer, or having a grooming session, I am up for anything.
