It is my dream to spend my time loving our animal friends who would otherwise feel alone while their families are away. You know what they say! “If you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life” and that is what I strive for. I have recently taken on my very own fur baby, Nisse and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. She is the light of my life and I’ve never looked back. Please see my personal references and know that there is nothing I wouldn’t do to guide and protect your loved one while in my care. I do have a new career which limits my availability but I am happy to help in any way I can. I hope to meet you and your furry family soon! All the best :)

Sonja is a dog whisperer. We have an incredibly fussy (borderline neurotic) dog, and Sonja is one of the only that can make him feel comfortable enough for us to leave him. Sonja has house sat/ dog sat for us many times, and there has never been so much as an issue. Sonja is lovely, trust worthy and truly loves animals. I could no think of a better person to trust you four legged family member with. <3
Like most fur-baby parents, we are particularly careful about who we trust to take care of our dog, Bones. Sonja is one of those rare people we could entrust Bones to for any length of time. Bones is a sensitive little dog that has been coddled his whole life; Sonja was always more than happy to give him the special care and love that he is accustomed to. Whether letting him sleep in bed, feeding him healthy, home cooked food, or of course regular walks and a lot of love and cuddles, Sonja treated our dog with love and care as if he was her own and Bones considers her to be family to this day as a result. We can not speak highly enough of her caring and nurturing ability.
I had Sonja dog sit my geriatric dog while we went on vacation. Dougal was instantly drawn to Sonja’s calm nature and I was relieved to know my beloved Dougal was being given the love and care I would normally give. Sonja and I kept in touch daily while we were away and she even watered our vegetables garden.
