I've grown up with dogs and cats, and learned to love walking (and running) with a dog. Now, I don't have my own pets due to my unpredictable schedule. When I visit my family who have pets, I volunteer to take the dog (and cat) for walk - and push for the pets to join us on our outdoor outings (and research the pet friendliness beforehand).
