Hi, my name is Sonia ! I have a lot of experience caring for animals. I am currently working as a Dog Walker/ Sitter. I do in-home vacation and pet sitting for all types of pets. I've taken care of dogs, cats, bunnies, horses, you name it ! I also worked at Palos Animal Hospital for a year. I helped the technicians and veterinarians handle and restrain animals during exams. I also care for the animals boarding at the hospital. Part of my daily duties were walking, feeding, and cleaning after boarders staying at the hospital. I also have experience administering some types of medicine. Before starting at the hospital, I completed 100 hours of observational hours at an VCA Animal Hospital as a requirement for the Vet Tech program I plan on attending after getting my Bachelor's. Before that, I would dog sit animals on the weekends. I am very comfortable handling dogs of any size and can deal with temperamental pets. I promise to take very good care of your pets !
