Grew up at a home where we my grandma would rescue cats and dogs from the streets for years. I've had my own rescued pets since I was 4 and helped out taking care of the rest of the animals before they got forever homes. I've given cats and dogs baths as well as going for walks with both (not at the same time). I've had the opportunity 4 years ago for one of my cats to have kittens so I know how to take care of very fragile furry babies. This year my mom's dog had puppies and I became the dog doula. I ended up taking 2 of the puppies and have learned of their needs and whims. I also enjoy bonding with them as it leads to cuddles and play time. I also enjoy training simple tricks to dogs (sit,down,paw, etc) as I've taught my mom's dog. Practice is key and as long as there are treats, love and pantience dogs will enjoy the process. Used to work at a pet store which allowed me to learned pet care and nutrition through online courses.
