Sofia did a nice job of taking care of my pup. She was excited to meet him, listened attentively to his care instructions, and provided timely updates and photos/videos of him. She had good feedback on how he did and was happy to take care of him.

Upon arriving at Sofia’s, she wasn’t there and her brother answered the door with confusion. She quickly showed up, and we began to brief her on our pup’s needs and info. She just shook her head the whole time and seemed like she wanted us to just leave. While away, she sent two pictures after request to see how he was doing. The pictures showed he was out on walks, while we explained to her that he didn’t have all of his shots and could not interact with other dogs/outside yet. When we brought him home, his poop was Diarrhea. The following morning he threw up a sock of hers. And the day after that, he pooped out one of her hair ties. I would not recommend Sofia as a dog walker, but maybe she’s just very inexperienced with puppies?!
