I have had my own dog for 8 years now, and I adore him so much. I adopted him when he was 6 months old, so I am fully capable of taking care of dogs whether they are young or old. I really love animals, and I can't think of a better way to spend my summer than taking care of many different dogs. (I am also versed in watching cats, for I have had my own cats for my entire life!) Last summer I was a full time nanny for a family of 3 kids and their 3 month old labradoodle named Ruby, and it was a really great time! On the side of that, I also dog sat for my neighbor's labrador, Rosie. Both of these dogs were wonderful, and I had a great time playing with them and taking care of them. Along with all of that, before I had my dog I used to volunteer at a local animal shelter and walk dogs there. That was a great experience for me, and I loved every second of it. Throughout my life I have gained a lot of experience when it comes to taking care of animals, and my love for animals continues to grow daily!
