Pet care experience
Hello there! My name is Sofía, and I can’t wait to care of your pet! Here are some things you should know about me : I have one dog living with me. I have volunteered at animal shelters, wildlife rescue facilities, and animal therapy organizations. When volunteering at shelters, I bathed dogs, cleaned up their poop, played with, and walked them as well as played with cats. In college, I am part of an organization called Emancipet where we work towards affordable pet care; consequently, I have been a part of a lot of fundraisers and volunteering events with animals. Additionally, I enjoy outdoor activities very much, so I am definitely in shape to walk your dogs and play with them. I hope I can be of service to you and your canine or feline furry friend.

Sofia was wonderful! She sent regular updates and did an awesome job looking after my 13-week old puppy which can be a challenge. Looking forward to booking her again!
Sofía accommodated a very last minute booking with several changes (which isn’t typical for us but the flexibility was appreciated)! She was very communicative, respectful of the space and had a great eye for detail when it came to our instructions. We loved getting photo updates. Our pups get separation anxiety but they were relaxed and happy when we came home. Thank you!
Sofia did an amazing job looking after my two dogs. She was very punctual and made sure to update me with pictures throughout her visits. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a quality sitter!!

A typical day
On a day out with your pet, we can go to a dog park or simply walk/run around the neighborhoods. For longer care, I could take your pet hiking.

Availability
I’m usually available on weekends. I have one one hour class on Friday’s. Monday to Thursdays are a bit more difficult unless it’s after 6:30 pm. Monday and Tuesday availability is subject to change, so don’t be afraid to reach out because it’s possible I freed up :) If you are outside my service area, also please reach out because it is possible we can figure something out.
