Sofia was very responsive to me regarding my dog Sadie’s stay w/ her and her husband. At first Sadie was to be the only dog for her two night stay. After booking and paying Sofia said there would be another dog and hoped it would be okay. I told her it shouldn’t be a problem since Sadie is usually good with other dogs. Upon dropping Sadie off, and not having any other options, I learned from her husband that the other dog was not one that they were boarding but one which they just got. I could tell they were still trying to figure out the dog and it’s nature, which was upsetting because they weren’t truthful. I had already paid and wasn’t close to home, nor could I cancel my plans. I only received 2 pictures from them, both of her indoors. They had said they were going to take the dogs for a walk in the Fells but I do not believe that happened. For my 1st time leaving my dog w/ strangers it was not a good experience and made me apprehensive about using Rover in the future. I will not book with them again, nor recommend them.

Avery had a great time and was right at home with Sofia! We were pleased to get frequent picture updates and came home to a happy guy- we were almost worried he wouldn’t want to leave! Would definitely recommend!
