I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, and lizards for over ten years; I’ve trained my own puppies as well as those close to me. They naturally respond well to me. I do not shy away from large dogs. My schedule is incredibly flexible as I am a masters student in philosophy and most of my work is done at home.

Sofia was amazing! I’ve never left my dogs with a sitter before and this was such a great experience. She was so good to my two dogs, my one has dementia and Sofia went over an above to make sure he had everything he needed. My dogs instantly warmed up to her. I highly recommend Sofia, she is punctual, friendly, great with animals and goes over and above. I’ve already rebooked with her!
So happy to have found Sofia to help take care of our furbabies at our home for a week. She's responsive, respectful, loving, and always followed our wishes regarding the care of our two dogs and home. Our two dogs love her and she even left our house in better shape than when she came. I would never need to leave them alone for more than 5 hours and most days I wouldn’t even need to be gone that long. I am very attentive, affectionate, and spoiling of my own pets and can provide an extra level of love for your furbabies. Aside from typical pet care I can offer a stable environment and mood for your pets.

Please let me know how long your dog is capable of walking for and if they need more than one a day. Also if there is any medications I need to be aware that they are taking as well as feeding times and preferences.
A typical day
I love long walks on my own and adding a dog to that routine of mine would make it exponentially better! I am very familiar with all nature oriented trails in Windsor Essex and have an extensive knowledge of most all neighbourhoods in the city.

Availability
Because I am only on campus for three days a week my schedule is incredibly open. I can drive anywhere in the Windsor-tecumseh-lasalle area (farther if needed). I am only required to be on campus three hours on the days I do need to be there.
