Pet care experience
I’ve always grown up with pets and seen them grow from puppy to geriatric care. The bond between animal and human is truly special. Having worked as a vet tech has further opened my eyes to the need for having that trust with someone who will take as equally good care for your pet as you would. I have easy access to vet care due to my vet tech experience and resources to puppy training classes. I’ve also worked in customer service so I make sure to tender to each pet and owner.

I've known Sofia for more than 10 years, so I can confidently say she is and has always been an incredibly loving and responsible pet caregiver. Since we were children, Sofia has loved all animals big and small, and has a real passion for caring for them. She's worked as a veterinary assistant since high school, so she's super knowledgeable on dog and cat health, and has always sought to provide the utmost care for the furry friends of others. I could not recommend Sofia enough!

About a year ago, I adopted a pup who’s grown out of her kennel. It can be easily used to further train any puppy clients. I currently own two kitties who could use an extra friend if needed.

My priority is the safety and comfort of your pet. I please ask that you provide me with any pertinent information of your pet that could make their stay safe and comfortable. Some examples are: Medication schedules, do pets need to be separated when they eat, are pets cat/dog reactive, any food allergies, any traumas/triggers to pay attention to for rescued dogs, etc.
A typical day
While you are away, your pet will be treated like my own. Dogs will enjoy intense cuddle sessions, being spoiled, and plenty of exercise. Kitties will enjoy environmental stimulation with toys and food.

Availability
Currently, I’m working full time as a vet tech at a local clinic in Fairfield county. As such, I’m currently only taking walk bookings during lunch hours (12-2pm) and after work hours (5-8pm). If you need a specific day or time, let me know and I can try to work something out - communication is key!
