Sofia took great care of our corgi Miso! She keeps sending us pictures everyday throughout the week. Their cat is also very friendly towards our dog. From the pictures I could tell Miso was very happy during the stay. I will definitely rebook next time!
I read the reviews before I decided to ask to watch my 2 dogs. But I scheduled a meet and greet with them. I initially, I can maybe see that there might be a communication issue from Sofia and some communication may not be fully understood. But with Georgii there, he was able to understand and provide more for me. My Tobi is usually skittish with other people, but he Sat by their couch first and then proceeded to sit on Georgiis lap. This gave me more confidence that they would be ok. They were respectful too, because I booked first and they asked if it was ok with my dogs to stay with another. They gave me the choice, since I was first to request. I was ok with it. My dogs stayed over the weekend and they took very good care of my dogs. Only thing I wished is that they would provide updates and pics more without requesting. I think it might be a cultural thing too. But overall I would use them again. Sofia has a caring demeanor to her and it was apparent with how she was able to get my dog to take some meds.
I would not recommend Sofia to watch your dog if you have a dog that needs walked or played with. She told me my dog would not sleep all night and was barking and destroying things in her house. This is very out of character for my sweet dog, but I asked if she walked or played with her and it did not sound like that was happening. I told Sofia I had a high energy dog even before booking and she still accepted the booking. In the end I did not feel comfortable with my dog here and had someone pick her up.
Sofia was very good with Belle. Would recommend.
