I’ve grown up having dogs of my own and have always thought of them as my babies. I love taking care of my dogs and absolutely love when my friends ask me to dog sit for them. Being trusted with other peoples fur babies is the best feeling. Almost as good as getting to take care of them!

I always ask for people to let me know their dogs routine, and how they specifically care for their dog. I like to know where the leashes/ harnesses are and any other equipment such as toys, where their food and treats are and how much they eat, as well as what times of day. I always ask how often they usually take the pets out/ how often they like to change their litter boxes. This ensures that I can stick to the schedule the pets are used to so I can make them as comfortable as possible!

When the dog usually eats and how often they go outside (most importantly if more often than typical dogs), any medications they need, any disabilities or injuries they may have, how much they eat, their favorite activities, where they sleep (if in a crate or special room).
A typical day
I typically walk dogs around their residence but am not against bringing them to their favorite park! I love playing in the back yard or giving them snuggles on the couch.
