Pet care experience
Prior to adopting my own dog in the fall of 2021, I spent years dog sitting all different types of dogs! Whether your pup is energetic, stubborn, shy, grumpy (or all of the above) I am happy to work with them and take the time to get to know them! As the owner of a nervous dog I know how difficult it can be for them to trust people outside of their family. I'm here to work with them at their own place so they can feel comfortable with me! Whether your dog wants to play fetch, work on some tricks, snuggle on the couch, or practice leash skills, I'm happy to do it all!

Sofia has dog-sat for me for about 5 months. She's one of Coco's favorite people and is more than willing to go beyond for her.
My dog does not trust many people, but with Sofia she just melts with affection. Sofia is SUCH a dog lover and the dogs know it! I don't think you could wish for a more enthusiastic, trustworthy, competent, and fun person to entrust your dog to! She is my go-to person whenever I need someone to dog sit or dog walk.

I'm incredibly careful to ensure any pets in my care are safe at all times! I have crate trained my own dog, taught her to wait at doorways, and use a variety of harnesses on walks.

I love all dogs! I just want to know: Are they friendly with other dogs? Do they like the dog park or is that too stressful for them? Do they like to run or walk? Do they have specific words for going to the bathroom? Would you like me to work on their leash skills with them?
A typical day
I particularly enjoy walking dogs in Landa park, but I'm also happy to explore new areas by their home! If appropriate for your dog, I also enjoy playing at the dog park and watching them interact with other four-legged friends. Lastly, on a gloomy day I like playing games indoors to make sure they still get their mental and physical exercise!

Availability
I'm currently working part time from home, so my schedule is quite flexible! I generally walk my own dog twice a day, and add in some fetch or trick training as well.
