Pet care experience
I have taken care of two dogs in the past year, as well as consistently provided care for one dog for the past three years. I have always loved being a dog owner and providing as much love as I can for our furry family members. My own dog recently passed away and Rover was the first thing that came to mind to continue his legacy and my own love for dogs. I am comfortable and experienced in bathing, walking, and caring for dogs.

Sofia was a lifesaver. We dropped Indy off for a few hours…from 4am to 9am! Indy was cuddled the whole time and was so relaxed once we picked her up. Very grateful for her help, especially at such early hours.

I have taken care of three dogs in the past but always knew I wanted to do it again when I had the time! I was a dog owner myself up until last year when my own best friend, Elvis, passed away. Our favorite thing to do was go to Alston park and race up the hills! I am a loving and responsible dog owner and am passionate about providing our pet family members the best life experiences they could have. I am also extremely organized in terms of feeding times and medications. I also understand and respect that I am a guest in the dogs home. Therefor, I am not only there to provide care, but to ensure that they feel comfortable and at home.

I believe that understanding the comfortability of a dog with certain things such as children, water, etc. is critical. Additionally, if there is any medication that must be taken I would greatly appreciate being briefed on what time, dosage, and manner it must be taken in. Lastly, I want to assure that your pet is happy and feels at home so if there is any specific treats, games, or belly rub techniques that they prefer I would love to know!
A typical day
An essential part of my daily routine are early morning walks through Camille park, as well as longer evening walks to ensure beating the heat of the day. I will be working remotely and will frequently take breaks to play fetch or any preferred game!

Availability
I am a college student back from school for the summer and have a lot more time on my hands without homework to do! I am working a part time job a few hours a week so I have plenty of time to spend with a furry companion. I also live a few feet (literally) from a local park in which I exercise on daily, making having a walking companion a great addition to my strolls!
