Pet care experience
Hi!! My name is Sof and I grew up owning a varying pack of dogs (Boxers, pitbulls, huskies, bulldogs, Australian shepherds, German shepherds, dachshunds, and mixed rescue breeds), cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and other small domestic animals. I worked in doggie daycares throughout high school and was an adoption coordinator for a dog rescue where I worked closely with thousands of dogs of all ages, behavioral issues, medical issues, physical disabilities, and sizes. I've pet sat on and off growing up and fostered a lot of rescue animals over the past few years. Currently, I work on a farm and am responsible for the daily care of herds of cows, pigs, chickens, and sheep. I'm very comfortable with all animals and capable of tackling any challenge necessary and any special situations where I can help! If you have any questions, please let me know! :)

We had an excellent cat sitting experience with Sof. She stayed in good communication with us while we were away and sent pictures of our cat Chloe. She took the time to have a meet and greet before the sit and Chloe responded really well to Sof. We returned home to a tidy house and contented cat. We would definitely have Sof take care of Chloe again!
Sof was outstanding with my cat, Ali! She kept me informed regularly which was a big relief and Ali liked her instantly. We will definitely book her again.?
Sofia has been working with all kinds of dogs and breeds for many years. She is a dog expert. She is great at training, behavior modification and is very responsible with all kinds of species. She’s a hard worker and any animal would be lucky to have her caring for them.

Safety is my number one upmost priority. Even with an enclosed yard I make sure to stay outside so your pet is not unattended (unless prior approval to do so from owner). And with walks we make sure to be on a leash at all time and to keep a safe distance from other owner’s pets. I also prefer to do a meet and greet prior, to make sure we can go over all logistics, and any questions you may have. If the request is last minute, we can also do a virtual meetup via Zoom.

Availability
My schedule is pretty flexible overall! I work on a farm during the weekdays (8am-5pm) and some weekends (schedule tbd) until the end of the summer where I resume college classes. Weekends and evenings are almost always free for me!
