Hi! I’m Sofia. I have experience taking care of all dogs, from tiny (like my family dog Ramon in the photo) to large dogs in every age range. My most recent furry friend stayed with me for 2 months, with all kinds of care including: -Feeding -Walking -Grooming (washing, a bit of trimming, ear cleaning, nail cutting) -Medication -Vet Visits -Sickness -Play Dates -Transportation (or just a joyride in the car) I love the outdoors, long walks, and paying special attention to your best bud. I take a lot of pride in how important it is that your dog is taken care of properly, and I’d love to work with you.

Very easy to communicate with and on time!
This was our first time with Sofia (Sof) and she was great. She stayed at our home for 3 nights with our German Shepherds and was great about making sure she didn’t leave them longer than the 4 hour max. She kept us updated while we were gone and we could tell that our girls were happy! I would recommend Sofia to our friends and family.
Sofia was great. On time and Moose was tired after their walk.
Sof is great! She is extremely conscientious and will always make sure your pet is safe! With our dog Marley she wanted to make sure he was happy on his walks! One thing about Sof that I really appreciate is her communication. Super responsive and professional. We will keep using her to give our pup exercise 🐶😁

Living in Santa Cruz means that I am 100% accustomed to most walking paths and park areas. For grooming, I’m very well acquainted with the local Self-Wash dog grooming place, Shampoochez. For clients homes I am comfortable with any sized place and environment.
Information Sof L. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know the general nature of your pet and any personal needs (ex- medication and injuries, special diet, any other specific needs). I am ok with cleaning up accidents and sickness, but please- let me know. I have experience with Kennel Cough/Bordetella virus care and monitoring, knowledge of list of do not eat foods for dogs and proper escalation, stomach virus, etc, and will inform you on hourly updates if needed.
A typical day
I am open to any and all types of play time, with or without other dogs. I can do anything from taking them to the park, to long scratch sessions and extra playtime. I am happy to take your dog for a joyride in the car with ample space in the trunk for large dogs and back seats for smaller dogs. Windows down on a nice day is the best! My favorite place to take dog walks are East/West Cliff Drive and Columbia beach (if approved to go interact with other pooches near sand and water).
