Pet care experience
Other than caring for my own dog and being the pet sitter for my friends and family’s dogs my whole life, last summer I was a puppy nanny for a litter of 7 golden retrievers. From 0-9 weeks old I was responsible for cleaning, feeding, monitoring their health, and training them. I also took care of their two fully grown parents at the same time. I love dogs and hope to help give them love while their owners are away!

Skyler is an experience pet caretaker and will provide top notch care for your dogs. She spent last summer raising seven golden retriever puppies and she poured her heart and soul into that job. I let her walk my dogs (which I don’t let anyone else do) and she handles them amazingly. I cannot recommend her more for you to trust with your pets.
Skyler was wonderful with our Golden Retrievers! We absolutely recommend her as a pet sitter. She is friendly, reliable, and very knowledgeable about caring for animals. Skyler derks is an excellent caregiver to pets. For years she has been the only one able to calm our Australian Shepherd. He absolutely adores her and she is gentle and patient with him, but also firm when she needs to be. She is also extremely responsible and has had experience Karen for mother dogs and their puppies. Because I do not currently have a dog, I do not have much supplies of my own to pet sit at my own house. However, I am totally comfortable pet sitting at my house if they have everything they need and are friendly to cats. My apartment is on the first level and right next to grassy areas great for walking. As for watching animals in their own homes, I am more than happy to do everything I can to make them feel safe and cared for. Most of my prior pet sitting experience has taken place in the clients’ house, so I am familiar with house boundaries and learning new environments.

I have an extremely flexible schedule and I am always happy to help. I am available from 9 am - 10 pm most days, but I don’t mind making adjustments if necessary.
