Pet care experience
I have experience administering oral and topical medication. I’m comfortable with all behavior types in animals and follow directions very closely as I’m detail oriented. I’m lucky enough to care for animals full time, which rewards me with a lot of time to explore. I love spending time with animals and have a lot of places that I’d love to share with my fur friends! Whether we’re just on a walk or having a sleepover, I’ll make sure your pet gets all the love they need. I would love to meet you and your best friend!

Skylar was available last moment for us and was willing to travel a considerable distance to watch our pups. She was very caring and considerate with our pups, two that have special needs. She provided constant updates showing that she had gained their trust very quickly and they were very comfortable with her. If you are looking for an outstanding animal sitter, then Skylar is your person. We just returned from a 10-day trip and were very pleased with her care of our dog. She sent pictures, took note of the walks I recommended, and just loved our boy. She also brought in mail and packages and went the extra mile to leave our house tidy. I highly recommend Skylar.
Skylar and Brian loved and treated our dogs like they were their own. Sky kept us informed, followed directions impeccably, and left the house neat and tidy. We could not be happier with Sky and Brian Caring for our boys while we are away. Tour fur babies don’t enjoy traveling and are happier staying home with the best dog sitters ever. Skyler was amazing. I’ve been through quite a few cat sitters and none of them ever gave my cats the love and attention they deserve. She went above and beyond to make sure they were always happy. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely be using her again.

I’ll follow the care for your pet as closely to your specifications as possible! If they’re staying with me, I have 2 dogs that are very antisocial, they will never have to interact. I always have water in my backpack and yummies (depending on dietary restrictions) that are left for them on walks to make sure they have energy and stay hydrated if it’s going to be longer than 30 minutes.

I try to stick to their at home schedule as much as possible, so typical feeding times and walking times will be helpful! Do they enjoy other people or dogs or do they prefer their space? How are they on walks? Will they need to be crated if stepping out of the home?
A typical day
I’m an adventurer through and through. Your fur baby will always have a little vacation of their own while they’re with me! Car rides, walks, hikes, swims, you name it. Even a nice blanket on the river works for me. I’m highly adaptable and will do everything I can to make your pet feel at home with me.
