Skylar was wonderful and took excels care of our babies while we were on vacation. She not only took excellent care of our babies, but our home as well and we can’t thank her enough !!!

We had such high hopes for Skylar. In our initial request we'd make it clear that our dog has severe separation anxiety & couldn't be left alone, so when she responded that she would be able to stay with her the entire weekend, we were ecstatic! That lasted 5 hours. Skylar went out Friday night at 10:45pm, left our dog by herself & didn't lock our home! We had to call my elderly mother in law to go over to get our dog & lock our house. We left Skylar $50 to buy pizza over the weekend (as she's promised to stay with our difficult doggie) & bought her favourite foods, so not only did we not get a full refund from Rover, she kept the cash too. No apology from Skylar at all. Very very disappointed in both Skylar & Rover - won't be doing this again!
