Pet care experience
I have had pets my entire life, house sat several times for family or friends, and have grown to love all animals. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, all ages, and all temperaments. I also have had different types of cats, indoor or outdoor. I am very patient and reliable. Keeping a pet safe and continuing their daily routine is very important to me. Every fur baby is unique and has their own personality. Some do not obey well, are still in training, are shy or scared, or old and set in their ways. My goal is to help them feel more comfortable with someone else coming to check on them, play, or go on walks. I am very patient and am not judgmental. I look forward to hearing about your fur baby and getting to meet them! :)

Skyelar was very easy to communicate with and took great care of our 4 month old puppy! They had many walks and lots of hanging out over the weekend she watched her. Would recommend and will be using again!

I was so pleasantly surprised by how quickly my fearful and shy pup took to Skyelar! Typically drop offs are a huge stressor for him, but this was the easiest one he’s ever had thanks to Skyelar. The updates and pics made me feel so comforted. I can absolutely tell that he had a good experience because he was far less clingy than he’s ever been to me when I picked him up! I would not hesitate to rebook and highly recommend Skyelar!
Skyelar is a great sitter she kept me updated on my dog wynter and she was so kind. Wynter loved boarding with Skyelar.

A typical day
Dogs: A typical drop in visit consists of feeding/watering and spending a little time together playing, walking, or whatever they enjoy. I can also accommodate any other required tasks depending on your pets needs. A typical dog walk consists of me coming to your home and taking your pet outside for a 20-30 minute walk. I can also take them to nearby parks/trails if needed for an extra fee. Cats: A typical visit I will feed/water and clean litter boxes. I can sit and play with them as well as accommodate any other possible need during my visit.

I have pretty open availability right now to care for your fur babies. I am a nurse practitioner that just moved to Florida. I care for people daily as a job, and I would love to care for your fur baby too!
