My family maintained a foster home for shelter dogs as I was growing up. In this environment, I was exposed to all breeds, sizes, and demeanor of dog as well as the care that special needs dogs require. As I grew older, I volunteered at our local Pet Camp for many summers and learned the basics of dog training and handling. As a loving,10-year owner of two Siberian Huskies, my experience and passion for proper dog care will make me a great asset to your busy life!

Skye has always been amazing with animals, and is such a bright and positive person to have around! She is reliable, always on time, and has a great work ethic. I have not seen a single animal that hasn't loved being in her presence, and they enjoy going on walks and hikes together! Her active lifestyle is perfect for dog sitting or for homes that don't have time to exercise their pets frequently.
Skye is one of the most loving and caring people I know--both with humans and dogs :) She is responsible, accountable and a lot of fun; everything I would look for in a dog sitter. Skye had two beautiful dogs and a cat at home and I have observed her as both a wonderful person and pet-owner.

Your dog will enjoy going on my daily run/walk with me through Tryon Park in Washington Heights. We can also play fetch if they are able. I am also known to give really good belly scratches!
