Pet care experience
Hi, I'm Skye! I'm from Georgetown, Massachusetts and love both dogs & cats. I currently have four amazing cats & a 2 year old havens dog. I have loved all animals my entire life and have always wanted to work with animals. I got my first experience with working with animals volunteering at Merrimack River Feline Rescue, where I volunteered for a little over a year. I also dog walk in my neighborhood and have done check ins throughout the day. I also have experience with giving both cats and dogs medicine, as well as caring for sick animals. I know it can be scary to have a stranger be with your babies, but please know they will receive lots of love and I will treat them like my own! Skye was great with our dog! She walked him 2x a day while we were away and gave us updates and photos for each walk, which our kids really enjoyed seeing :). Skye was also quick to respond and went out of her way to work with our schedule. Thank you Skye!
Skye adores animals, all animals. At a very early age her tenderness with animals was very obvious. She saw young calves at an early age due to a family dairy farm as well as horses. Her love of animals made her become a pescatarian at age 9. She will assist with any tasks associated with animal needs, cleaning them (if they have a mess on them from going the bathroom), giving medication, feeding, and waste management. Skye has four cats and one dog at home. She would love to take care of more animals.
