Pet care experience
Since I was young I have always been the go to when someone needed a pet or house sitter - for the past 7 years now! After rescuing my current dog a few years ago, I fell in love so much more (if that’s even possible) with animals of all sorts and wanting to make them happy. My trustworthiness and responsible persona are some of the reasons friends, neighbors and family relied on my caretaking abilities to take care of their babies!

Sitlali was wonderful and took great care of our dog during our vacation! We received pictures and reports everyday and she let us know if she had to adjust her schedule a little on any given day. Sitlali cares for my baby Rosie (shitzu-poodle mix). Sitlali is very patient and caring. Rosie can be a little extra (she is spoiled), Sitlali does an amazing job with her. When taking care of Rosie, Sitlali will send me updates that include pictures and videos (which are greatly appreciated). The best part of all is that Rosie loves Sitlali!
Sitlali has taken excellent care of my dogs and cats. As an example, I had a vacation planned and payed for, then my senior dog had to have emergency surgery. My dog had to get her staples out during the time I was gone. Sitlali made sure that the staples were removed at the set appointment, and updated me on how the appointment went with the vet, as well as healing progress of my dog. I appreciated how dependable, compassionate and communicative Sitlali was throughout the time she was with my fur babies.

I hardly ever have my dog out of my sight especially when they are outside. Regardless of fenced yard or any precautions like that, rest assured that your animal will never be alone!

How they interact with other animals (are they reactive, is it best to keep them away from other animals like on walks?) Do they have specific needs (ex: medications, blind, deaf etc) Just so I have a better understanding of the animal.
A typical day
Depending on the animal, we will definitely play a lot of games to get our blood pumpin and to stimulate our mental and physical state. After, explore the neighborhood and all its excitement. If the animal is more laid back/anxious, I also enjoy cuddling them and giving them some much needed love and attention!

Availability
I currently work 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. However, my job is relatively flexible and I have a one hour lunch every day, allowing me to drop in before work, during my lunch hour and after work if needed :)
