I didn’t want to leave a poor review, but unfortunately I feel the need to. One of our dogs escaped during their stay. She ran down the street and a neighbor called us. When I called the sitter, he had no idea that she was gone. Thankfully, she was ok, and he went and got her. I was willing to overlook that because it could happen to anyone. However, upon unpacking their things after bringing the dogs home, we discovered that our dog’s medication was never administered during their stay. She is old and has arthritis and depends on this pain medication to keep her comfortable. I feel terrible that she wasn’t given her daily dose and was probably in pain while we were gone. The sitter was given the instructions verbally, and I also had the information in her Rover profile. I’m very disappointed and will not be using this sitter again.

Siri was friendly and professional. He provided daily photos and took our two dogs on plenty of walks. They enjoyed their stay!
