Hi! It’s John and Mervé here! We both grew up with pets of different kinds (dogs, cats, bunnies, turtles, geckos:) and we love animals! We are currently are a single spoiled dog ( 1 year old male Springer) household. We always volunteer to watch our friends pets and decided to broaden our pet friend circle by joining Rover as pet boarders. Our home is a cozy 1 bedroom, steps away from HVK dog park. We offer pickups and drop offs at an additional charge. Our car is equipped with dog seat belts for safety! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate and simply click on ' Ask Host a Question' Please note that we are no longer able to accept high energy dogs due to our new space. We can't wait to hear from you and meet your fur buddy! ***************PLEASE READ******************* Our booking rate is based on a 24 hour period. For example if you are dropping your pup off Friday morning and picking up Sunday night that would be considered a 3 night stay. Think of this as similar to a hotel or rental car reservation. ************************************************************************************************* **********Please specify Drop-Off & Pick-Up Time in your reservation request. ************** Currently working from home full time. On days we are not around a dog walker takes pups to an hour walk ( if you wish for your pup to get a walk, this will be at an additional charge $32, receipts will be provided:) Dogs will not be left unattended for more than 5 hours at a time. We usually take dogs to the dog park for 45min-1 hour in the morning and in the afternoon. Additionally, they get shorter potty breaks in between:)

Loaf LOVED her stay. We were updated regularly on how everything was going and got many cute pictures throughout the day. This was our first international trip leaving her so of course we were a bit nervous but our nerves were easily calmed by the responsiveness and thorough updates. The icing on top was receiving a cute Polaroid picture of Loaf and Fred.
Thank you for watching Teddy. He seems super happy and we loved how you sent photos of him with Fred. What a fun weekend for Teddy!
Merve was so amazing with my old dog Cutter. Her dog Fred was so fun and sweet, and her apartment is perfect for boarding dogs. She was really responsive, took amazing pictures, and just really went above and beyond. She even included a Polaroid photo of Cutter and Fred when I picked him up. Such a great experience, I couldn't recommend her more.
Thank you to Mervé again for helping us out in a pinch to provide daycare for Zuki! We could tell she had the best day ever between play time with Fred, walks, dog park, and a little bit of mischief. As always, top notch communication and truly professional quality photos!

We wont be able to accept bookings without a meet and greet. It's always good to get the dogs accustomed to our place but also make an introduction with our dog Fred. Fred is super friendly and gentle.
A typical day
Early first walk followed by some dog park time (unless advised otherwise). Playing fetch, then heading home for breakfast:) Midday walk around 12-1pm then around 5, they get another long walk followed by park time before heading back for dinner. Dogs will go on a short walk before we go to bed as well.
