Pet care experience
I'm a pretty friendly individual to both humans and their four-legged family members. I grew up with animals in my house ranging from horses, goats and chickens to dogs and cats. I currently can't have any pets of my own in my apartment, so walking/house-sitting/drop-ins are the next best thing until I can have my own four-legged partner in the future. I have experience walking, playing, basic grooming skills (brushing, nail clipping for cat only) for dogs and cats. I understand that each animal is unique and some might be super excited to meet me while other's take their time to get to know a new person. I approach each animal based on their individual behaviors. I'm pretty communicative and definitely want to keep you involved when you're away.

I have known Sindi now for about 15 years and have always known her to be amazing with animals. She has owned dogs both small and large, as well as cats and takes care of them and loves them as if they were her kids. She is very gentle, patient and kind towards animals and I would recommend her to anyone who needs their furry loved ones watched or walked! :)
Anyone who knows Sindi can attest her love for animals. Whether it's a golden doodle, a house cat, or a scarlet macaw, you can tell, she genuinely cares for them. She doesn't see them as just animals, but rather, as companions and life long members of the family. When she sees an animal in distress, she will do what is necessary to alleviate the situation. She wholeheartedly cares for them and when your 4 legged friend meets her for the first time, she will definitely agree!

I'd like to know if your dog is friendly with other animals (when we go on walks). Do they need to be muzzled on walks? Does your dog get aggressive while on a leash when there's another animal near by? Does your dog have a routine at home? Do loud noises scare your pooch? All these things will help me to know whether keep a closer eye on him when we encounter these types of situations.
A typical day
I'm an ultra-marathoner so walking/running long distances is not a problem. I can go as far or as short as your doggo likes to go. I can walk your dog on the road, a trail or just take to the dog park. At your home, we'll play if there's space. If you have your own routine with your fur-baby, let me know! I can follow that too. I'll take pictures of you insta-famous pooch and make sure they stay regularly engaged with their followers too!
