Simone has watched over our old boy, Dash, a few times now. Each time, I am reminded of Simone’s kindness and attention. Dash has separation anxiety and tends to get slightly depressed when we leave, but knowing he’s with Simone gives both him and I comfort. She spoils him and makes sure that he doesn’t feel lonely. She plays him music during the day and tucks him in at night. She is diligent about his medications (very important for senior pups!); makes sure that he eats well (none of that hunger strike until mom gets home); and is patient on walks where he insists on sniffing every stain on the sidewalk. Simone is my go-to sitter. I’m grateful to have met her and feel extremely lucky when she’s available. Do not miss out on this sitter!

I read all of the glowing reviews for Simone and did a meet & greet with her where I thought she was amazing. However, to my surprise, when it came time to care for my two kitties I experienced quite the opposite. Simone was consistently hours late with no communication, did not follow care instructions, overstepped boundaries in my home and totally broke my trust in her. Most importantly, she put my pets in danger on the last day of her care (which she had to end early) and was uncooperative when trying to rectify the issue. The lack of responsibility and respect is something I’ve never experienced with a pet sitter before and I hope no other pet parent has to deal with a nightmare like my kitties and I did.
