Pet care experience
"Dogs are not our whole life but they make our lives whole." I have always had dogs in my life. My family has taken in many dogs that needed homes and trained them to be part of the family. I also have experience volunteering with Austin Boxer Rescue and the Austin Animal Center. I have a 3 year old female boxer that has tons of energy so I have no problem with high energy dogs. And if you want a playmate for your dog, she loves coming on visit with me! I am a recent graduate from UT and am taking time to figure out my next steps so have fairly open availability during the week so whether you are looking for a regular walker for your dog during the week or someone to check in on them when you are out of town, I am happy to help!

Simone has been sitting for our two dogs for years. They always get excited whenever we tell them she is coming and go nuts when they see her. She is a Boxer owner and great with high-energy breeds. She's very reliable. We know we can count on her to take care of our babies when we have to be away.

Does your dog have a favorite toy or game? Is there anything your dog absolutely hates? Any behavioral issues? Aggression? What are your training and disciple methods? Any special dietary needs? What is your dog's typical routine? Any medications? I love big dogs, Boxers, Bull Dogs (of all nationalities), Grate Danes, and Pit Bulls are some of my favorite breeds. I also have experience with Border Collie, Labs, Australian Shepards, and Golden-doodles.
A typical day
I will customize activities based on your dog's needs and preferences. I like to find out what your dog's favorite toys, games, and activities are. I will also take them on the walking routes they are familiar with. When I care for your dog either overnight or just to check in, I will not only give them the attention, exercise and love he or she needs but also follow any training or discipline techniques you use. This is especially important with puppies! If you do not have any training methods in place yet, I would be happy to help with things like leash training! Please ask about training fees.
