Simon is the 5th sitter I have used on Rover. Two proved to be unreliable (i.e., not showing up when agreed upon, leaving sooner than agreed, etc.). My regular sitter was excellent, but moved away. A new sitter I tried was also great, but has too many clients, so was too difficult to schedule. Simon is new to Rover, so is not yet too overly booked (which I am really happy about). It is clear to me that Simon loves animals and enjoys spending time with them. He sent pics of the dogs, and one of them was hanging out with him in my home gym, just like he works out with me. Simon is reliable and communicated well while I was away. When I returned, the house was as clean and organized as I left it. He brought in the newspapers and mail and disposed of the dog and cat waste, although not all of that was discussed. Simon is now my go to pet sitter, and I plan to use him for all of my upcoming trips.

Simon was the perfect sitter for my senior cavalier spaniel, Ace. He kept me informed with updates and photos, took great care of Ace, including daily eye drops. Simon stayed several nights at my home and was a perfect house guest as well. His calm demeanor, professional approach and love for dogs
