Pet care experience
I have over a decade of experience with animals. I lived on a farm from 1st grade-college. We have close to 100 animals; dogs, cats, horses, pigs, you name it! I’ve had all kinds of responsibilities- from cutting goats hooves to caring for an abandoned lamb for 12 weeks (bottle feeding every 3 hours). I have experience with exotics as well (reptiles, a coatimundi, etc). I graduated from high school early to volunteer for a month at a primate rehab center in Africa caring for 400 monkeys at a time.

Fantastic experience today with Silva! She watched my 2 10-pound terrier mixes for doggie day care, and I can tell they had a blast. I received many videos and pictures throughout the day. Her dog, Sequoia, was sweet and playful with my pups. My dogs fell asleep as soon as we got home… which is perfect! They had plenty of exercise and were well taken care of. I’ll definitely use her again.
Silvia took excellent care of Winston! Silvia sent several pictures and updates to let us know how he was doing. Winston was a very happy and well-loved dog. We have already booked a future stay! I highly recommend Silvia!
Walter is very nervous meeting new people, so I’m very cautious about who I leave him with. Silvia was very understanding, communicative and reassuring. Sequoia is a real MVP for putting up with Walter’s puppy exuberance all day 😉 I would happily book Silvia (and company) again without worry!
Our flight was delayed and Silvia was able to step in and do an extra visit for us. It made such a big difference and took away additional stress during a tough situation! We will continue to rebook her!

I will probably have about a million photos of your pet by the end of the boarding (clients have even asked me if I am a part time photographer🤪), so I will happily send you twice daily photos and updates (or more if requested!), which is what I would want if I was leaving my pet somewhere.

A typical day
We have a fenced in yard but I would also take your dog(s) for many walks. Your dog could have access to the outside area (supervised) at any time of day.

Availability
My boyfriend and I are usually home on the weekends. We love to go on walks and hikes and would take the dogs with us (if you’d like). I only board dogs from one family at a time, so you don’t need to worry about other dogs (besides our one Aussie), and your dog would get all my love and attention! I think this is super important and takes the stress off of your pups. Our Aussie LOVES to play with other dogs and can play all day, however he is a recent rescue and is very scared of people- please keep this in mind if you would like to come for a meet and greet (he WILL bark/growl at you, but we trust him 100% with dogs, otherwise we would not board)! ***due to only booking from one family at a time, my weekends book fast- please reach out to me as early as possible.
