Silna did not let my dog out for 12 hours and I had to request she be let out more often. While she was let out more often, I feel I should not have had to ask to make sure she was let out more than once in 12 hours. I am not sure what would have happened had I not been able to receive notifications whenever either of the doors were opened. She was not walked daily, and when she was walked it was for one 20 minute walk that day. Also, while it was not a bother to me because I could check in on my security camera and 99% of the time see my dog on the camera, I was not updated very often during my time away. Further, very rarely was my door locked when leaving the house. Even after reminding to lock the door, I still had to remotely lock the door a few times. Additionally, upon returning home, I found my house to be a mess. The shower was dirty and there were old food stains all over the kitchen. Also my dishes had food caked on them and my pans have scorch marks which were not there before. While I do not expect a spotless house when I return, I at least expect the house to be close to the level of cleanliness it was when I left. Which it was not. I am fairly laid back and feel this was taken advantage of.
