Pet care experience
I have an immense love and appreciation for dogs and their diverse personalities. I am experienced in caring for large, strong breeds, but also love the little ones and every pup in between. I am a trustworthy and responsible dog owner who would be grateful for the opportunity to look after your dog, whether you're looking for walks, park hangs, or overnight care. My partner and I recently lost our best friend Emerson, a 9-year-old rescue, and shortly thereafter adopted our new wonderful buddy Cassius. I am eager to spend time with as many pups as possible and make them feel happy and cared for!

Sig is one of the few people we trust to take care of our high-energy pupper; she's half husky, half retriever, and all the feels! Sig is caring, aware, and understands dog behavior. He's doggy-sat for us many times including multiple day overnights while we were on vacation. Our doggo literally squeaks with joy every time she sees him.
Sig has been our trusted dog sitter for years! He is so kind, caring, trustworthy, and takes the BEST care of our dog, our cat (who loves him back, which is a rarity) and also our home. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with their pets.

I have a fenced in yard and live near an open field that's perfect for getting out zoomies and playing. I am also comfortable staying in your place with your pup if that's what you prefer, and am more than capable keeping your dog feeling safe and happy in their routines. You know your pet best, and I will always respect your needs while caring for them.

If there are any special needs your dog has such as food aggression, being reactive on leash, or has a particularly strong prey drive, I would just like to know in advance what to expect and what activities are approved. I'm happy to make adjustments to these quirks but would appreciate a heads up of any traits that could potentially present any issues.
A typical day
We can take a walk on the beach on the Puget Sound, explore Lincoln Park, or head over to the fenced in play field near my house to play frisbee, fetch, tug-of-war, or just chase each other around. And if you're a swimmer, we can even go for a dip at Lake Washington!
