I was disappointed with how things went and was concerned at various times during my trip. We had explained before leaving that our dogs would need pills and to be walked and fed twice daily, mornings and evenings and we wanted them to have company overnight, every night. We have security cameras and sensors around the house, so we can tell most of what happened while we were gone. The dogs were not walked twice every day and often for only a very short time. When I walk them around the block it takes just under twenty minutes. Often the walks they did get were under ten minutes and on one occasion they went 20 hours without being walked at all. In addition, it looks like they never got any pills while we were gone and although Sierra slept over most nights, she didn’t stay over every night. The good news is the dogs were alive and the house was fine when we returned home, but it certainly gave us a lot of concern while we were away and I feel I paid for more than I got. In fairness to Sierra, she seems like a nice girl and she did spend a lot of time in the house with the dogs, so if you have dogs that just need company, or you need a house sitter, she’d be fine, but if your dogs are expecting a morning walk, this is not the girl for you.
