Hi! My name is Sierra and although I’m new to Rover I’ve actually been professionally caring for animals for the last 8 years . In addition to an educational background in zoology, I’m experienced working hands on with many species; but specialize in cats and dogs. I currently supervise a pet retail store and grooming salon but I’ve also worked in animal hospitals, training stables, boarding facilities, kennels, grooming salons and most recently managed a feline exclusive hotel and spa. While I love cats I have experience with and am also comfortable caring for and handling all sizes and breeds of dog. I’ve been pet inhome/overnight sitting for the last 5 years and have had the pleasure of working with everything from exotic Egyptian Mau cats to Doberman puppy’s, with plenty in between . I have no hesitation having a sleepover on your couch so your pet can feel safe and comfortable in the sanctuary of their own home . Whether it’s a long walk, a drop in visit or an overnight stay I will gladly provide you with picture updates and I’m happy to answer any questions you may have.
