Growing up, we were always known as the family with all the different pets. I’ve always had a love for animals and as I grew older I realized my entire family does! My responsibility as a pet parent began in childhood with Guinea pigs, iguanas, ferrets and dogs. I’ve even gained experience with more exotic pets like hedgehogs and bearded dragons as well (I have a bearded dragon named Ginger now 😊). When it comes to dogs, I’ve had small dogs as pets growing up, but would doggy sit for my uncle often who loves big dog such as pit bulls, Bullies and even Rottweilers! I have a six year old son who also shares a love for all animals and loves to learn and help whenever he can. Animals have a place in our hearts as a family and I can ensure that anyone who chose to work with me, will be leaving their precious pet in the right hands. I have an open schedule to provide care. I work overnights on the weekend, therefore my weekday hours are completely open and on the weekends I am available between 10am-10pm. I have a caged pet now, that stays in her cage throughout the day and I would ensure stayed away while caring for client’s pet. When providing services in the client’s home I will be sure to follow any instructions left by the owner to provide the best care possible. At my residence, there’s designated areas for pets to use the bathroom around the development and I would utilize them if the pet is trained to use the bathroom outdoors. I also have a large grassy area behind my apartment that can provide use for using the bathroom or a place to run and play! I understand that every pet is unique and may have their very own routine. I am willing to do whatever is necessary to accommodate the pet and make the experience the best possible.
