My experience with Sierra was very disappointing. She didn't follow directions on which door to enter resulting in her "breaking in" to my front door. She busted the neck on my protection bar and the door knob is loose. Many items are missing from my home also. She denies any wrongdoing and Rover hasn't returned my email. I am very hesitant to use a service such as this again. You never know who is entering your home. They have full access to all of your belongings and some will take advantage of you!
