I have been around animals ever since I could remember. Currently my family has 2 Springer spaniels, 2 Shih Tzus, and a cat. So I am very comfortable around animals. I trained both of the Springer's in basic commands and hunting. I also trained the cat some tricks but not as easily :). I also have experience in caring for pregnant dogs and the birthing process. I'm not sure if this applies here but I just thought I'd throw that out there in case your dog is in need of a doula. I have assisted in 4 births, 3 of them resulting in 10 or more puppies each time so I would say I am also very good with puppies! I can also administer medicine to both cats and dogs if needed.
