I love handling dogs and taking mine to the park, I'm fine with grooming feeding etc. Whatever is needed I can most likely provide. I do have a German Shepherd and two cats. I live in a apartment so preferably only smaller to medium dogs but if its a shorter stay or walk any size should be fine. My dog is a intact male so preferably no females in heat as he doesn't want to be a dad anytime soon. I prefer trained dogs such as going outside to is the bathroom and just a schedule that's usually followed for them when they need to go. One big thing I ask is just to be sure no fleas and ticks as it is hard to administer medication with 3 pets and carpet in the apartment where they may stick around for a long time.
