Pet care experience
As pet parents, we know how important it is for your pet to feel comfortable when you are away. We are dedicated to ensuring that your pet is treated as family and able to relax during their time with us. We will always cater our home and schedule to the needs of your pet to soothe the transition and remove any anxiety. We do have two dogs of our own, but will never force them to interact if they are not comfortable. We are equipped to keep them separated and also give your pets plenty of space to play and explore. My husband and I have been pet sitting a wide variety of animals for the last 20 years. We have raised puppies, trained dogs, cared for senior pets, and understand that some animals may need a little extra love and attention and that’s ok! We are so excited to meet you and your pet soon and look forward to your pets next visits!

We have had the Howell’s dog sit for us a few times, and each time was a great experience! Great people who are easy to work with, and who love the dogs they care for. They have a great relationship with our dog and each time we come back our dog is well taken care of and happy.

Our yard is not fenced, but we have 25ft leads outside for them to enjoy the sun or play fetch. We are also willing to take them on walks and provide plenty of other stimulation to help them burn that energy! We can crate your pet if needed and can keep animals separated that need a little extra personal space. As a family with a small child, we will always keep our son separated from your pets unless you know your pet is comfortable around small children. If any interaction is allowed it will always be supervised. Our son does very well with our dogs, but we are teaching him to respect their boundaries and he understands that he cannot touch the dogs without an adult.

A typical day
We are very active people! Your dog will be allowed time outside in the morning, walks if they like, fetch, frisbee, some fun training activities, or naps on the couch. It’s really up to your dog and what activities they feel up to!

Availability
We are currently available on weekends until the end of the school year! Our household follows the local school districts, so we have open availability during spring break, summers, holidays, and Christmas break!
