Pet care experience
I've spent my entire 26 years will all kinds of pets. Large, medium, and small dogs, several cats, large aquariums, rabbits, hamsters, and even frogs and stick bugs. I've worked for and volunteered with animal shelters caring for their dogs and cats as well. I've taken care of friends' dogs and cats while they were away, and at a young age I started training my own dogs to walk calmly on a leash.

I'm gentle with pets and I enjoy building trust with animals. I'd like to establish house rules when it comes to pets so owners know their home is taken care of while away. Plus, following routine will help reduce stress for pets while their people are away. I also want to meet the pets with the owners present so their animals get to meet me and before the owners leave.

Knowing if your dog has any medical or physical needs is helpful and I'd like to know if there are any behavioral issues. I'm willing to learn about any medications or treatments your dog might need and I can learn what helps your dog if they have behavioral struggles. Ultimately, I'm willing to work with whatever the needs are, but I would like to make sure we have time to go over them along with meeting your pet ahead of time.
A typical day
I would love to take them to a nearby park, play with their favorite toys, and even simply sitting there giving them love and attention. I'd like to learn what their favorite activities are so I can make sure they get plenty of time for it while I'm watching them.
