Pet care experience
I am an animal rescue volunteer, walking rescue dogs in the kennel weekly and fostering in my home. We have had about 15 dogs be fostered and adopted through our home just this year! Anyone who knows me knows that I am a dog lover to the extreme, and I have experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds, whether puppies or small dogs, hounds, pibbles, boxers, and my own sweet Supermutt. I am active and feel that dogs are happiest when they can exert some energy (whether that's a little bit or a lot depending on the dog!). I also love training! I do not profess to be a professional, but I have taught our foster dogs all of their basic commands and pottytraining.

Sierra took such great care of our 2 new puppies (14 weeks old) while we went out of town for a few days. She had to come to our house as our puppies are not potty trained. She had a VERY EARLY arrival time which I needed help with, and she covered all the times superbly. She sent us a morning note as to how the puppies crates were when she arrived, and what they did while she was here. Pictures as well. She seemed to enjoy visiting the puppies, and we will be sure to contact her again as they grow and we need help again. Thank you Sierra.
Sierra has been awesome for drop in visits for gunny. He doesn’t like to be alone so having Sierra for spending time and cuddling for 2 hours while we are out if such a nice option. Gunny very quickly took to her and snuggles right up. He has a big bark but is all baby and Sierra is perfect with him.
Big thanks to Sierra for helping us out by watching our two dogs on short notice! A+ for great communication, flexibility and being so sweet with them. We will definitely rebook with Sierra in the future. Thanks!
We had Sierra come and sit with Gunnar for our date night. She was great. Gunnar loved her.

A typical day
I mix up my walking routes around the neighborhood or by car to local nature trails. My car is "dog proofed," so we are never limited to where we can go. I also enjoy playing outdoor games, toy play, "hide and seek" (one of my dog's favorites), and water play when it's warm.
