I can't give her a single star (but it makes me give 1)due to the fact she didn't show up on her scheduled time. We had 2 meet and greets to verify she knew our expectations and times we wanted our dogs let out and fed. This communication was ALSO in the texting messages on ROVOR so she could have revisited the times needed. Initially she showed up at the wrong time 8:30 am on Friday in which my husband asked her why she was there....I messaged her to ask if she understood the times and she responded yes. Later Friday evening I had noticed our alarm had not been disarmed thus she had not showed up for her (6pm per text or her understanding of 7pm) It was 7:45pm and my dogs had been not been let out for 8 hours nor fed. I called her and the response was; "I had a family thing I forgot about and stayed longer then I had expected". I thus asked her if she was on her way and she said in 15 minutes. She stated she would refund my money if I wanted to cancel. I WAS 8 HOURS AWAY WHAT WAS I GOING TO DO! That is why we use ROVOR as a service to take care of our dogs. We ended up having to ask our neighbor to let them out for 2 days since Sierra failed to do the job. This is very disappointing & stressful that the job was not taken seriously nor did we trust her after that point due to the fact our dogs were not taken care of.

Sierra loves animals and animals love Sierra. She has a nurturing and caring personality. Sierra helped me bottle feed and care for a two week old kitten who's mother had passed away. She was a natural at feeding, pampering, and caring for the little guy, who is now a healthy six month old kitten. She is patient, careful, and respects the nature of different personalities and characteristics of our fur babies. She also showed great responsibility for meeting the needs of our little Bear.
