I lead my walks and visits with compassion. I live in the NW 23rd neighborhood in Portland, OR. For background on my experience with animals - I was an employee at my friends pet care service company for 2 years prior to Rover being an app. Our services ranged from local walks and overnight care for a range of pets. I appreciated the knowledge I learned of how to take care of a wide range of animals & critters! My current experience is being the go-to pet watcher for my neighbors, friends and family who have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets while they took vacations or traveled for work. Reason for me joining Rover was my partner and I don’t have the capacity to have a pet full-time so having the opportunity to care for your pets is such a treat! For pets of my own, I have had 2 maltipoo dogs. Both the sweetest pups.

Sierra is such an animal lover!! She cares for others pets as if they were her own. Super reliable! She is super clean as well, makes sure the house is nicer than she came to it.
Sierra grew up with and has cared for pets since she was a child. She has always been loving, caring, and very aware of animals needs. She is totally aware of pets physical, social, and emotional interactions and attends to them with appropriate responses and actions. As a pet sitter, walker, or interim complete care giver, Sierra has consistently proved to be an outstanding companion and committed loving “in -charge parent” to all animals assigned to her diligent watch. Simply, it would be hard to find a greater “pet Nanny” than the absolute pet adoring and giving Sierra!
Sierra is great with dogs. She has watched my dog Leah on multiple occasions. She is very loving and thoughtful as a person and she will treat your dog with the same love and care.

I appreciate hearing what your pet likes and dislikes prior to watching them. This helps me know if they like to go to a park to socialize, they prefer enjoying the comforts of their own home or are up for whatever adventure presents itself; from puppacinos to nature walks.

I currently work from home so I have time to walk, feed and play with your pets flexibly. We have a pet station in my building where doggy bags and a clean up station is offered.
