Pet care experience
I am a veterinary technician with over 15 years of animal care experience ranging from domestic animals all the way to wildlife. I can care for animals with medical needs, special diets, and those in hospice care. I love training and am working on improving my skills everyday. I am comfortable handling fractious and scared kitties with ease and if you have any exotic animals, I am always happy to care for them! I will always do my best to make your best friend comfortable and happy!

Sienna was so amazing while watching my dog, Amber, for a few days. I was away on vacation for the first time so I was a little nervous to be away from my dog. Sienna made sure to keep me updated with pictures and updates to ease my nerves and it made it so much easier to be away. I felt very lucky to have found someone who’s so caring and treats my dog like her own. Highly recommend for any services!
Sienna is my roommate, so she interacts with my cat, Judah, a lot. She is very patient with him when he is being annoying, she respects his boundaries, and he loves it when she pets him. It’s also a great feeling knowing that I can go to her for vet advice because she is a vet tech. I trust her to take care of Judah when I need her to, and I know that she is capable and caring. Her love for and knowledge of animals and their care is obvious, and anyone would be lucky to have her as their pet caretaker.

I have a fenced yard, a friendly small dog and a quiet cat that I live with. I prefer to care for pets in their own environment, and usually prefer to have my small friendly dog staying with me. My house is available for small dogs and calm, older dogs to board if needed.

I have no breed preferences, I do however want to know about any and all special behaviors your dog has (i.e. do they have a favorite toy, do they have certain limits on what they like, are there certain things I should know to keep myself and the dog safe?)
A typical day
I like taking dogs on walks around their neighborhood and if the dog and owner is okay with it, I like taking them to the dog park and the Morro Strand State beach for extra-long walks. I enjoy playing fetch with dogs if they are into it and if not, we can just hang out while I rub their tummy!

Availability
I currently work 4 days out of the week and I work 10 hour shifts. I am available on weekends and Mondays for dog walks and drop in visits, and can be available everyday for house-sitting, as long as you are okay with me being gone for extended periods of time.
